Common questions.
Do packs expire?
Pack sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace across the year.
Can I share my pack with someone else?
A pack is only valid for one person. To help share the ritual, members & pack holders get 20% off for their guests, every booking.
Can I pause my membership?
Members can pause for free up to four weeks a year.
Does my membership work at both Byron and Prahran?
Membership is single-location. A Byron membership is for Byron; a Prahran membership is for Prahran. You are welcome to hold both, but they are separate.
Can I get a refund on a pack?
Packs are non-refundable, with one exception: a pack bought for a bathhouse before it opens is fully refundable at any time up until opening day. Please see our terms for full details.
