Step 03 · The spaces

What's inside.

Six rooms, one intention. Every Navia includes them all; your venue may add more. In Byron they run as one circuit — contrast therapy, in detail. Coming as a group? The bathhouse can be entirely yours.

Step 04 · Your first session

Your first ritual.

A simple guide to help you settle in. There's no right way to experience Navia, but this is a good place to start. When you're ready to book it, the circuit at Byron Bay is the page you want.

  1. Arrive & Rinse

Change into your swimwear and begin with a warm shower.

If you'd like, start your ritual with our signature salt scrub. Massage it gently into your skin before rinsing and stepping into the sauna for a deeply refreshing start.

  2. Start with Heat10–15 min

Ease into the sauna or steam room and find a comfortable seat. Lower benches offer gentler heat, while the upper benches are warmer. Step out whenever you're ready.

  3. Cool Down30 sec–2 min

When you're ready, move into the cold plunge. If it's your first visit, we recommend starting with the gentler pool (8–10°C) before trying the ice plunge.

  4. Pause5–10 min

Rest between rounds in whatever way feels right. Enjoy a cup of tea, relax in the lounge, or soak in the hot pool before beginning again.

  5. Repeat2–3 rounds

Continue moving between heat, cold and rest. Listen to your body and take each round at your own pace.

  6. Finish Your Way

There's no perfect ending. If you're heading into the day, finishing with cold can leave you feeling refreshed and energised. If you're winding down for the evening, ending with warmth can help you ease into a restful night's sleep.

Drink plenty of water, take your time, and enjoy the feeling long after you've left.
