From breathwork to heat-based endurance, cold immersion to mindfulness practices — each class is different, but always centred around connection, clarity, and contrast therapy.
We’re starting with a variety of class formats so you can experience the full spectrum of what heat and cold can do for your wellbeing. Over time, we’ll refine the offering based on what resonates most with our community.
